The Stewart Branch LLC, doing business as The Olive Branch ("The Olive Branch," "we," "us"), runs the restaurant at 215 S. 2nd Street in Waco, Texas and the website olivebranchwaco.com. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It does not cover other companies' websites or apps, even when we link to them.
Information you give us

Catering and contact forms: your name, email, phone number, number of guests, event type, and anything you tell us about your event.

Online store orders: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and what you ordered. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Store accounts: if you create an account to check out or view orders, your login email and order history.

Rewards sign-up: if you enter your email in the rewards offer on our site, that sign-up goes to inKind, the company that runs our rewards program.

Information collected automatically
Our website runs on Wix. When you visit, Wix automatically collects standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and when you visited. Wix uses cookies and similar tools to keep the site working (for example, your cart and login) and to give us basic visitor statistics. We do not use advertising or retargeting trackers on our site.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business. Links on our site to Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, Grubhub, Google Maps, and other services take you to those companies, and their privacy policies apply there.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the reason we collected it, or as long as the law requires (for example, order and tax records). After that we delete it or keep it only in a form that doesn't identify you.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or email is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as card numbers by email.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email by using the link in that email. To make a request, email info@olivebranchwaco.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within 45 days. If we deny your request, you can reply to ask us to reconsider, and we will explain our decision in writing. If you still have concerns, you can contact the Texas Attorney General or the attorney general where you live.
Cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block the cookies our site needs, parts of it, such as the cart and checkout, may not work. Our site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
